Who You Are

You are a motivated marketing professional with experience developing and implementing social media accounts and are ready to use your skills to grow a brand's digital footprint, focusing on KPIs for BHG's growth. You excel at planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing plans for a brand with multiple product offerings, know how to provide exceptional service, are a strong writer, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your recommendations drive tangible results.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and manage our social media strategy and define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content and measure the success of every social media campaign paid and organic
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Work with third party vendors to co-ordinate paid advertising (trade pubs, native ads etc.)
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization opportunities from social media campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Manage online reputation for public relations and marketing purposes.
  • Create and manage campaign schedules and coordinate with vendors to meet production timelines and budgets

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
  • 2 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, SEO and web traffic metrics (Google Analytics knowledge is a plus)
  • Team player and good time-management skills
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with vendors, peers and senior management
